Q. How do I put a book on hold for pickup?

You can request that a print book be placed on hold. Books on hold must be picked up within 7 days. E-books, textbooks, and reserve books cannot be placed on hold.   

1. Find your book in OneSearch.
2. Under the heading ‘Find In Library’, click ‘Sign In’.  Log in using your Insite username and password.  
3. Click on ‘Request Item’ and specify San Ramon or Pleasant Hill library. You'll get an email when the book is ready for pickup.
